>It did not take long for the attack to begin. As seen in the following pictures, Germany’s organization is much higher than mine is. In Armageddon playing on normal difficulty, I generally don’t even loss one province to Germany. That is just not the case in Arsenal of Democracy. It is much harder to build a huge army before the war starts. Also shown is a view of the casualty figures now given at the end of every battle.

>After around 45 days of battle the situation looked like this. On the Northern front, Germany was pretty much held in check. They were able to break through to Wilno and Lida, but I was able to push them back a trap a few of their armored divisions in a pocket. Arsenal of Democracy has changed the way combat works. Armored divisions are much harder to damage unless you have divisions with a relatively high hard attack. Also generals can command more divisions now which reduces the need to worry about stacking penalties. There were 5 armored divisions trapped in the pocket shown. Since the German AI was using transports on an aerial supply mission they were not going to run out of supplies anytime soon. I had to use an artillery bombardment for a week and attack them with 53 divisions just to get rid of them.

>On the far northern front the situation is bleak. I was completely unaware that the German AI shipped around 25 divisions to Norway. They took me completely by surprise and it looks like I may lose all of Finland and have to reform my lines just north of Leningrad.

>Another thing that you need to be aware of in Arsenal of Democracy is that units do not recover organization very fast at all in provinces with really low infrastructure. If you move a unit to a province that does not have any infrastructure it will not regain organization at all. In the following screenshot you can see that I decided to abandon the province of Mozyr because it had such low infrastructure. This is actually a viable strategy in Arsenal of Democracy.

>On October 3rd Kiev fell to Germany. I was rather disappointed that I was unable to hold the city longer. I was able to barely prevent the Germans from crossing the Dnieper though. In the far north, Murmansk fell and the fleet stationed there had to be evacuated to Archangelsk.

日本が大英帝国、オランダ、そしてアメリカ合衆国に対して1941年11月1日に戦争に入った。 年末までに、日本軍はグアム、マレーシア、そしてフィリピンの一部を占領した。 日本が連合に対して宣戦布告をして少しした後、南アフリカが連合に再加入した。 イギリスがノルウェー南部に上陸作戦を行ったことで、極北戦線での（ドイツ軍の）圧力はある程度緩和した。 希望的観測ではあるが、このイギリスの上陸がドイツのAIの注意を散漫にさせてくれれば、我が軍はフィンランドの南部を維持できるであろう。

Shortly after Japan declared war on the Allies, South Africa rejoined them. Pressure on the far northern front was alleviated somewhat when the United Kingdom launched an amphibious assault in southern Norway. HopeFully this will distract the German AI enough so that I can hold on to the southern half of Finland.
